About Seth Thompson

Seth Thompson is a Texas native with a deep-rooted background in the Austin real estate community. Originally from the Dallas area, he made Austin home in 2007 and quickly rose as a top-producing agent, also dedicating time to coaching and developing new talent in the industry. By 2012, Seth advanced to Sales Director and Broker with HomeCity Real Estate, where he played a key role in expanding the brokerage and overseeing more than 1,000 transactions annually. Before joining Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, he owned and operated a successful boutique brokerage for three years. In 2022, Seth became a valued member of The Lewis Group, Kuper Sotheby’s #1 producing team.

Outside of real estate, Seth and his wife, Josie, enjoy traveling the world, exploring the Texas Hill Country, and taking in Austin’s vibrant live music scene. The continual growth and evolution of the Austin metro area fuels his passion for discovering new local experiences.

Seth holds a B.S. in Finance and is an active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is a past President of the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals, a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and holds multiple respected designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®).
