Meet Leigh Ann Prewitt

Leigh Ann Prewitt, a proud Virginia native and Virginia Tech alumna, began her career in the fast-paced world of high-tech staffing and consulting in the DC Metro area. There, she developed a talent for building strong relationships, crafting strategic resourcing solutions, and connecting top talent with mission-critical roles. What truly set her apart was her ability to understand people—both hiring managers and candidates—on a deeper level, making each placement meaningful and rewarding.

In 2004, Leigh Ann brought that relationship-driven approach to real estate, where she discovered an even greater sense of purpose. She quickly recognized that buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction—it’s personal. Leigh Ann invests the time to learn about her clients’ families, lifestyles, and priorities, creating a seamless, customized experience that feels natural and intuitive.

Austin’s vibrant energy, booming tech sector, and abundant outdoor and entertainment offerings make it the perfect backdrop for her real estate career. Leigh Ann’s genuine enthusiasm for the city, paired with her extensive local expertise, positions her as a trusted advisor to clients across the Austin area.

Leigh Ann’s dedication and drive were evident from the beginning. In her first year as a REALTOR®, she closed an impressive 29 transactions and earned the Top New Sales Agent award. Her continued success led to advancement as a Sales Manager, where she mentored and coached a team of 45 agents. Today, as a key leader of the Lewis Group at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, Leigh Ann draws on her sales management background to help guide the number-one team in Central Texas, ensuring the group stays focused, collaborative, and consistently performing at the highest level.

Outside of real estate, Leigh Ann feels fortunate to call Austin home. She enjoys traveling, cheering on her family of athletes, and experimenting with new recipes to share with friends. Above all, she values quality time with her husband and three children, who inspire her both personally and professionally.
