Seth Thompson has spent nearly two decades building a real estate career in Austin dedicated to delivering results for his clients, whether he is walking a listing in South Austin or guiding a client through a property tax protest.

A Texas native originally from the Dallas area, Seth made Austin his home in 2007 and quickly established himself as a top-producing agent, while also dedicating time to coaching and developing new talent in the industry. By 2012, he had advanced to Sales Director and Broker at HomeCity Real Estate, where he played a key role in growing the brokerage to more than 1,000 transactions annually. He went on to own and operate a successful boutique brokerage for three years before joining The Lewis Group at Kuper Sotheby's International Realty in 2022 — Kuper Sotheby's #1 producing team. Today, Seth specializes in residential buying, selling, and rentals across the Austin Metro area, with particular depth in the South Austin neighborhoods of 78704 and 78745. He also brings firsthand investor insight to his practice: Seth owns and operates multiple short-term rental properties in South Austin, giving his clients a rare, on-the-ground perspective on rental income potential.

Outside of real estate, Seth and his wife, Josie, enjoy traveling the world, exploring the Texas Hill Country, and taking in Austin's live music scene. The city's continual growth and evolution keep fueling his interest in discovering what's next in the neighborhoods he serves.

Seth holds a B.S. in Finance and is an active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is a past President of the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals, a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designations.
